Hi!

My robot is walking on / off the dock and reporting charging error.

I replaced battery with no success,

Cleande robot and charger.

Got 4v with no robot on charger and 20,3v with robot on the charger.

The battery reads:

15,23v between red/white

9,49 red/yellow

15,39 red/black

But the robot shows 83%

I have also done a hard reset (hold spot an return + pressing wifi) .

But still the % is stuck and will not reach 100%,

Any ideas what to test or verify?

    Could you send us a video to show abnormal behavior? We believe a video could help us know what is wrong and give you a solution.

    It is suggested to upload the video online like google drive and send us the video link if the video is large. (remember to add our address to list to access video)


    Could you tell us your device's SN?

    Open the cover of the device and take out the dustbin. There's a barcode on the bottom of the device (not on dustbin). The SN is under the barcode like R0201S82418800.

    If the device has already been added to the app, SN could also be checked there. See attached picture "info"
