Hi to all! I have 2x Roborock S50. I want to know your custum mix for washing! I try both water and detergent but I never found a very best-mix! What you use?

And someone have my same problem that water not exit? offcurse, before write I change ALL washing system and use only water: brand new water-tank , new mop (the new type that have all surface for clean, and not only in the center) and new nozzle, all use with clean water without any type of detergent or similar.

    We recommend use roborock-cleaning solution only. If you want to use non-official cleaning solution, it's suggested to use those with low-foam neutral formula, and stay away from highly corrosive agents like Dettol and other detergents. For the exiting water, could you please describe the issue in more details？ Do you the robot doesn't release water?
