Here are photos of the issue I am having with our S5 Max side brush on our soft carpet. The brush twists, tangles, and stalls:

Side brush may get tangled in shag carpet, so if you would like to have the carpet vacuumed, we are afraid you need remove side brush, Or you could set carpeted area as no go zone if not being cleaned frequently.
