Roborock S5 Error 1 Laser Distance Sensor

HyPer50 900 1 0

Hi, our Roborock S5 has started saying error 1 Laser Distance Sensor, please toggle laser head. Per the information on the roborock FAQ, I removed the laser head cover and ensured that the sensor can freely move by hand, but when I try and start the vacuum, it doesn't rotate the laser sensor head and results in error 1 again. What can/should I do?  Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
