Roborock S6 and positioning failure

Roborock S6 and positioning failure

Was getting multiple positioning failure alerts from the roborock s6 vacuum this evening after cleaning my family room where my 3 and 1 year old were playing. No matter how many times I had the robot dock with the home button, room cleaning was not working and positioning failure would occur. Turned over the robot and opened the brush compartment. A large unbended paper clip was inside interfering with the roller brush. As soon as I removed this everything was back to normal. ☺️ Now the robot is working great again! Be ware of caught objects generating this error code!

  • I experienced positioning failure alerts with my Roborock S6 vacuum while cleaning the family room where my children were playing. Despite docking and attempting room cleaning multiple times, the issue persisted. Upon inspecting the robot, I found a large unbent paper clip in the brush compartment, which was causing interference. After its removal, the robot returned to normal operation here https://sysmagazine.com/ . Beware of objects causing this error code!
