If register Mi Home or Roborock app, you could download the app first, and register an account using your phone number or email account. But if your robot is C10, Xiaowa or S5, the app you should use is Mi Home. If your robot is S4, S6, S5 Max, the app you could use is both of them.
If you want to register the warranty service on our official website, Our official website is still under maintenance so that register is not available.If you want to register to get warranty, there is no need.
