S5 Max Water Tank Defect

I have a defect water tank S5 Max, the pipe inside water tank come off and not attach to the water hole, anyway I can fix this or do I need to buy new water tank?

Anyone has the same issue with me, I think this is defect from the Roborock manufacture

Now when mopping the water cannot be pump put when the water level below water hole.
