Hi! I just recently purchased an S5Max. We are really happy with it except for the fact you can only mop with water. To me that’s not really cleaning. Is there any natural cleaning product you can suggest that is safer for the machine? Like a vinegar product with essential oils or Mrs. Meyers cleaning products?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.     Hi, Carol, We are glad to hear you like the robot. Usually, we don't suggest our customers add anything into the water because the bubble made by chemical substance in cleaner may block the filter and cause no water out. Customers could give it a shot. If all is fine, we think it is OK to add. But if anything wrong on mopping, please clean the tank with water and don't use the cleaner any more.

    I've been using Windex (glass cleaner) without issue on our tiled kitchen floor.

    I haven't tried anything for our hardwood floor other than water.
