Clean sensors notification

Clean sensors notification

I have a Roborock s4 which I've had since January. It's great. But now it gives me a notification to clean the sensors every time it returns to dock after cleaning. And I clean them every time. When I first got it, it did not require cleaning so often Why is this happening? Has dust got inside the sensor where i cannot clean?

  • Dear customer,

The robot itself doesn't have the ability to feel the sensors are dirty or the consumable need be replaced.

The robot is set with a period in default to clean sensors and replace consumable. If using time exceeds the hours, the app will prompt up to remind customer clean sensor or replace consumable.

If sensors are clean or consumable doesn't need be replaced, it is fine to just click option to reset hours so that the time recovers to default and robot won't prompt any more.
