I purchased the item from a company named DWI-International located in Hong Kong. I'd be happy to send you a copy of my receipt, and photo of the serial number from the box, but not on a public forum like this. If you can send me your email address I will forward the information. BTW, I used the machine for the first time yesterday, and love it!!!... I just want to make sure I few have spare parts handy, but the Roborock shop on Amazon doesn't have the parts I want available. I was specifically looking for the S5 Max "Dust Bin Filter" and "Silicon Side Brush" in black. There are replacement products from other companies available on Amazon and elsewhere, but I would prefer to stick with Roborock parts if possible.
