Lines on the floor

Lines on the floor

When we use the mobbing function on our Roborock S6 we get lines on our floor. It looks like the mob doesn't stay wet enough while in use. Already cleaned/replaced all components of the watertank. Someone with some advice to avoid these lines? When finished an area of 70m2 the tank isn't half empty...

  • Hello Kristof,

If you find water comes out a little or none at all, may we suggest you try methods below.

    1. Wet cloth first and start robot for 10 minutes to see if floor is mopped.

2 Change the mopping cloth, water filter to have a try.

    3. Make sure there is no detergent in water because it may make the water filter choke.

    4. Use a needle to clean the vent hole to guarantee it is not blocked. The red circle in attached picture is the vent's position.

    5. Put the water tank on a flat surface like attached picture to see if it is bent.

Besides, may I know when and where you purchased this S6?
