S4 won't turn on?

I just got a refurbished S4 off of Amazon. It came with no user manual though I found one online. I put it on its base for at least 2 hours. I can't seem to get it to turn on. Can someone contact me to assist? I've tried long pressing the on/off button, hitting reset, short press on/off, etc. Only once did I see the white light turn on for a few seconds before turning back off. Please advise ASAP.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
