actualizacion de firmware

Tengo un S5 max y trato de actualizar el firmware, ya que me indica que hay una versión disponible, pero al presionar actualizar ahora, me arroja error una y otra vez.

la estoy actualizando porque un amigo me indico que si quiero tener mas de una planta o piso en los mapas, debo tener la ultima versión actualizada.

por favor si alguien sabe como poder operar con 2 plantas o pisos y puede ayudarme seria de gran utilidad. saludos,
