Hallo Roborock, can i put a little soap or detergent in the water tank? Also can i put alcohol in the water tank?

My machine is S5 max... Thx u.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.     Hello,

    Usually, we don't suggest our customers add anything into the water because the bubble made by chemical substance in cleaner may block the filter and cause no water out. Customers could give it a shot. If all is fine, we think it is OK to add. But if anything wrong on mopping, please clean the tank with water and don't use the cleaner any more.

    Ok. But 70 alcohol de doesn’t make bubles. Can it make some damage to the plastic, or something like it?

    Hi, it may corrode the water tank. We suggest you dilute it.
