I just bought E4, but cannot connect even find this device in Wi-Fi. We follow the instruction, add device, choose Wi-Fi , but the device does not show up in Wi-Fi. We tried Wi-Fi reset, no luck, still cannot find this device. What else should we do???? Why you guys don’t have phone support?

Below is the instruction to connect the E4 to the home wifi via Mi Home app.

You mentioned that the robot's wifi cannot be found, please check the current wifi led indicator, is it off or flashing? You need lift the cover to get the wifi led.
Also, it is suggested to hard reset E4.
Step 1. Hold the power button, spot cleaning and recharge button all together when device is on.
The light of 3 buttons will be out.
Step 2. keep holding them to 10-15 seconds until the power button becomes blinking and you hear the voice "Restoring the initial version. It will take about five minutes. Please wait patient." You could remove your fingers and wait for 2-3 minutes until device restart.
After that, please verify whether you can detect the E4's wifi. If it is still the same, please email us the purchase info via support@roborock.com
