Hi, it's been 2 weeks since I got the vacuum, been great until yesterday that appears as offline, I have already manually placed on the base and also reset the WiFi without any changes. The code of the vacuum is: R0517S01908484 and I am located in Mexico. Was this a bad firmware update?

    Which app do you use? Mi Home or Roborock ? If you use Mi Home, switch to Roborock to have a try, vice versa.

    Please ensure that the wifi name and password are correct.
