Hello, I recently updated to the new firmware 3.5.002008 and I am unable to run my vacuum. I keep receiving the cliff sensor (error 4). I have tried different surfaces such as carpet, tile, and wood, but none worked. When on the charging dock, the vacuum would start up for a little bit, but then throw the cliff sensor error. Is one of the sensors broken?
