S6 “Main Brush is blocked, remove and clean brush” message every time I run it!

Every time I run my S6 on low profile carpet OR hardwoods I get the “Main brush is blocked” message. I flip it over to check and there’s no blockage at all and no debris stopping the brush from moving. I take the brush out clean it anyway as per the instructions. Very annoying having to babysit a $430 vacuum. Support/anyone please help??

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Could you send us a video to show abnormal behavior? We believe a video could help us know what is wrong and give you a solution.

    It is suggested to upload the video online like google drive and send us the video link if the video is large. (remember to add our address to list to access video)


    Do you use the original main brush? Please send us some pictures of the main brush you use.


    Also, please send us the device info. see pic attached.
