S5 Max Device Initialization Failed

S5 Max Device Initialization Failed

Just received the S5 Max today. Everything was going well with installation. Followed all directions.

When I tap on the Roborock S5 Max icon in the app, a window pops up that says “initializing device,” then after a few minutes — with the status bar stuck at 0% — another window pops up that says “device initialization failed." Please help.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

  • Hello,

    Thanks for your info.

Which app do you use? Mi Home app or Roborock app?

Try to clear the cache on the app; also, you can switch to cellular data instead of wifi to have a try.

If it is still the same, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
