Hello, I have had my roborock S5 max for 1 week, however it has become offline for three days. I reset it multiple times and also tried to change the region. But I could not change it as three is only öne option. I could not fix it. The SN: r0518s03306267 (I am writing from Turkey, but I could not find Turkey among the country options during the forum registration, so I selected it as Tayland., the device is guarentteed by Genpa)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Which app do you use? Mi Home app or Roborock app?


    What is the wifi led indicator when device shows offline? Is it flashing or solid?


    Press the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it off and then turn it back on, then verify whether it can reconnect to the home wifi automatically. Otherwise, you can reset the robot's wifi and reconnect it to the home wifi network.
