hi everyone. i bought a S5max last week. our home is a little big, nearly 220m2 so it can't finish the first mapping with full charge. Roborock starts the mapping process, then when its charge falls below 20%, it automatically goes to the dock and charges up to 40%. However it reset the mapping process and does't continue the unfinished map.. how i fix this issue?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Please allow me explain how resume cleaning works.

    1. When battery is 20% during cleaning, robot goes back to dock for charging.

    2. When battery is 80% on dock, robot goes to the spot where it left to resume cleaning.

    3. When battery is 20% again during cleaning, robot goes back to dock for charging.

    4. When battery is 80% again on dock, robot goes to the spot where it left to resume cleaning.

    5. When battery is 20% again during cleaning, robot goes back to dock for charging.

    But this time robot won't resume cleaning even it is fully charged and will always stay on dock. cleaning is over

    Notice:

    1. Robot could only resume cleaning twice.

    2. You may not notice robot has resumed cleaning if you are not looking at the robot on the moment.

    3. Robot won't resume cleaning on above point 2 and 4 if the moment is during the DND period(No Disturb mode). Please disable DND mode and try again. See attached picture.


    Also, you can move the dock's position to a more central area of the house and re-map it.

    Bu, thx for your reply. But i think i couldn't explain enough my problem . i setup app. , pair robot and mobile phohe....etc. and i push GO! it starts to draw our home map on my phone. When robot complete first mapping nearly 70% , battery falls below 20% then it goes to dock. At that moment "not finished map" still appears on the phone. When the battery is 80% robot starts again, but at that moment, "not finished map" disappears on the phone and robot draws the map from beginning. how can i make it continue where it left off for first mapping

    That is weird, so the robot does not resume cleaning.

    How long does the robot work in one run?

    Could you send us a picture of the cleanup map in one run? What about the size of the whole house and the length in different directions?

    My home is 4000 sq ft. The best way to completely map your house is to use the remote control feature. Once you drive the robot around your entire house, then you can easily use the robot to clean specific rooms.
