Hi,

In my apartment, there are some electric wires under the floor, which causes some unavoidable magnetic places, which block my S5 max from cleaning the floor. There is a magnetic place at a bedroom's door and that room cannot be cleaned. Is there any way to disable the virtual magnetic wall feature? If not, could you please add it to the app settings?

Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Could you please check carefully whether there are any metal objects like screws stick to the bottom of the robot? See attached pic. If yes, please remove them. Many of our customers solved this problem by doing this. 

2. Does your robot report error 11 everywhere? If it's just in one area, you could use an app to test the magnetic strength of that area.

Step 1. Search Magnetic Detector Lite on App Store (for iOS) or magnetic detector(for android) on Google Play and install it.

Step 2. Move the phone from normal place to the position where the robot says error 11 to see if the level of magnetic rises sharply and alerts. Please lay down to the robot's height and move the phone to every place of the suspicious area several times as the app might not be very sensitive.
