Roborock S6 Pure Offline Dock issue

Roborock S6 Pure Offline Dock issue

I bought a Roborock S6 Pure after Christmas. This is my 4th Roborock/Xiaomi Vacuum so I’m pretty familiar with the app and how they operate. My S6 seems to go on the dock fine but doesn’t charge. The next day it is off-line. If I. Manually put it back on the charger I have to move it around to get it to charge again and the next day it is offline. I have put the charger on carpet and hardwood floor and it never seems to line itself up correctly to charge. Is my unit defective? It isnt the app. It just won’t go on the base properly. I have cleaned the base and everything.

  • Hi, thanks for your reply.

Please check if the dock charger is working or not.

The indicator light on top of the dock should be solid on without the robot and off with the robot placed on it. See attached picture.

Kindly double confirm if the cable and the slot of the dock are well connected.

Please push the cable head into the slot at bottom of the dock very hard. See the video below.
