Cannot connect to wifi on Roborock app but Mihome app can

Hi, so I recently changed my wifi provider so I needed to reconnect my Roborock S5 Max.

With the Roborock app, it failed to connect to the new wifi but when I tried on the Mihome app, it connected successfully. However, all my maps and data are on Roborock app as I’ve been using it before and I don’t wish to start new on Mihome.


Is there any way someone could help me troubleshoot this problem? Thanks!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out. Since data like maps are saved on the robot rather than on the app. Therefore, theoretically, the maps on the roborock app can be visible if the Mihome app is used. You can give it a try first.
