S4 stopped working / No wifi connection

I have an S4 that has been working well for about 8 months. Suddenly it wasn't working saying that it was offline. I followed the other discussions here and tried all the solutions but couldn't get it to connect to wifi. (Turned off S4, rebooted wifi, followed the instructions about six times) Please let me know what the solutions might be.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out. Could you please use another phone to take a video showing how you connect the device to wifi via the app and send us the video? We believe the video can help us figure out a solution.


    1. We suggest you put the camera close to the phone screen. 

    2. Please also record how the wifi indicator flashes in the connection process.

    It's suggested to upload the video to google drive and share us the link if video file is large (please don't forget to give us the permission to view the video).
