Roborock isnt charging beyond 15% and device is offline . Did wifi reset to fix lost connection and now charging is stuck. Cleaned the charging contacts and problem still persists. The charging dock is lighting up when roborock is removed and light turns off when put back.

    Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Have you tried to let the robot stay on the dock for a longer period of time to have a try?

    If you have wiped charging contacts underneath the robot and on the charging dock, could you send us pictures to show them?
