Problem with mopping

Problem with mopping

Dear Sirs,

Please be so kind to advise how to fix a problem with our Roborock S6.

Water comes out from water tank when I check it in my hands, but when install water tank, floor is dry and water tank is full, or missing just a little bit of water. Before, it spent a whole amount of water for our apartment.

We changed mop and two small grey and round plastic things, under the cloth. Also, did a master reset, but we still have same problem.

Thank you.

  • Hi, thanks for reaching out.

If the water tank releases only a little water or no water at all, please try the methods below.

    1. Wet the mop cloth before mopping, install it, make sure the cloth is flat and well attached to the water tank, and then start the robot for about 10 minutes with the wet cloth to see if the floor is mopped.

    2. Replace the mop cloth and water tank filters.

    3. Make sure there is no detergent in the water because it might block the water filters.

    4. Clean the vent hole (s) with a needle to ensure it is not blocked. See attached picture.

    5. Please remove the mopping cloth. Then put the water tank alone on a flat surface like the attached picture and send us a picture of it.
