I have a problem with my Roborock S50. The device cannot be started when the charger is not connected. When connected to the charger, the device starts up to the time it says charging, then restarts. The loop does not end. I tested the Battery, it got 15.1V. Check the charging pin when the device is booting is 16.4V. When I remove the battery, the device boots up error 13 (no battery) and restarts. The loop does not end. I tried to reset the device to default but it didn't work. Can anyone help me with this problem??

Hi, we feel sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Could you please check what will happen when you press the start button after the robot has been put on dock for a while? Will the robot shut down immediately?
Could you please send us a short video to show the above process? It is suggested to upload the video online like to google drive and send us the video link if the video is large (please give open access to the video/or choose it as "anyone view this website can access").
I have checked and identified the problem. The cause is that the robot does not receive the battery, due to a blown fuse in the battery. I hooked up the fuse and the robot worked.
