Room Divide " Fail"

I have been using my S7 for several months. The map corrupted itself , for example, new wall across hallway. I deleted the house map, but now the program will not let me divide the rooms. I get a Fail error message. I am stuck with a solid blue house!!!!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    The failed message appears may be because the room you're tring to divide is an interconnected area. Would you please send us a screenshot of the map and mark on the map how you'd like to divide the area?
