I’m at a loss at this point

I’m so unbelievably frustrated at the state of the firmware at this point I feel like I has chosen a different robot vacuum company. This kind of garbage is happening all the time, send it to do a zone clean, it does, whatever that is and eventually goes into a different room not associated with the zone clean and get stuck in front of the refrigerator. I have to pause the cleaning and carry it back to the dock. Roborock, do the right thing, get your head out of your butts, roll us back to a stable version of the firmware and go from there. I’m sick of this. (For context, this is about a week old brand new re-map of the whole downstairs, had to delete the previous map because it became almost unusable.)

  • Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to Customer Support and we are sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your device.

It seems that the map is messed up. We suggest you try the following methods:

    1. Please try to relocate the dock. Make sure it's centrally located.

    2. The space for the dock should be no less than 0.5 m wide on the left and right side, and 1.5 m wide in front of it. Many customers solved the issue by relocating the dock.

    3. Then reset the current map and create a new one.

    Best regards.
