Hi folks,

I have a strange problem. It is a 1 year old roborock max v.

• Unable to connect to roborock even after charging for 30 mins as I can't see its wifi network.
• Every 20-30 mins i see power button flashing red while being charged
• I tried resetting using spot cleaning and dock buttons , it didn't reset.
• I was able to do a hard reset using a pin ,however, there was no voice/audio. and wifi indicator didn't show green light
• No voice/audio when it is placed on the charger for charging
• Charger switches on, i see see all 3 lights blinking slowly [ spot cleaner, power and dock] while being charged.
• Rebooting, hard resetting is not helping

Anyone has faced this before? Any pointers? Appreciate any help

Thanks for reaching out.

We suggest you factory reset the device to have a try.

Step 1. Hold the recharge button for 3-5 seconds.

Step 2. Press the reset button next to wifi LED with a pin just once. Then the light of the power button and the recharge button will be out. When doing this, please make sure you're still holding the recharge button without moving.

Step 3. Keep holding the recharge button for 5 seconds after you've pressed the reset button until the light of the power button blinks again, then you'll hear the tone "Restoring the initial version. It will take about five minutes. Please wait with patience". After that, you could stop holding the recharge button.
