Hello, I bought Roborock S7 less than a year, so far I was very happy with its performance, it's a good machine. Last week I face a problem that the machine couldn't be start cleaning from my mobile phone or manually even the battery is fully charged, the strange thing is the battery suddenly dropped to zero when I instruct the machine start cleaning and start recharging. No foreign materials found underneath, I have replaced the battery with a new one but the problem persist. Is there a service center in Jakarta? Thanks, Harris.

Since you've already replaced the battery, the issue could lie elsewhere and warranty service may be needed.
