I would suggest that Roborock releases software that allows local use without internet. It would be nice to have software for PC as well to interface with the device. Those of us with unreliable internet and/or metered could really use this feature. After all, it is a bit silly that a vacuum becomes a paperweight if the internet goes down.
It's been over a year: any progress on local server software so that those of us on metered connections don't use up our internet allotment to run a vacuum?
On another topic: why is there a room limit in the software?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Currently the device needs to be connected to Internet in order to use the app.
