S7Max Question

S7Max Question

I guess this ? would apply to most, if not all, robovacs, but plan is to buy the S7Max. Have searched, no answer.

We have a rug in LV, along the ends, it has a fringe, approx. 1 - 1.5 inches. Will this cause problems for the vac?

Not cutting off fringe, as I'm sure someone will suggest :) And can't set vac to avoid it, it is main traffic area.

Thank You

  • Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to Customer Support. The fringe may be a bit long. If the robot runs over it, the fringes may get entangled with the brush. We'd suggest you set up a no-go zone on the fringes to stop the robot from trying to touch it.

    Best regards.
