Roborock Q5 main brush

I have had the unit almost 2 months now and love it, the only issue I am having is the vacuum main brush unit arbitrarily falls off at times. My guess is that it falls off during hard floor to carpet transition. It didn't start doing this until one day I had to clean the cat hair from the bristles. It appears to snap back in place but doesn't always hold. Oddly this isn't a daily occurrence, it happens once in a while, maybe weekly. Any suggestions?

Could you please double check if the main brush cover is well installed or not?

There are 4 tabs on the main brush cover. They should be inserted into the 4 corresponding slots on the main brush housing. See the video below:
