Ultra Dock (Auto Wash)

Ultra Dock (Auto Wash)

I've had the new dock for a month now and love it until this week. Noticed a really bad odor coming from the dock/robot. Tracked down mostly to the wash area/filter area. Dirty nasty water was in the tray.

Is there any way to have the dock run a small clean cycle AFTER the robot cleaning cycle so clean water runs through everything to get rid of the settled dirty water? I have to say emptying the dirty water bin is enough to make you want to throw up too!

Love the robot and dock.. just looking for suggestions to keep it smelling clean too.

  • Hi, thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the issue.

Currently the dock is designed to start a deep washing to clean the mop after every mopping cycle. There will be a bit of residue after the mop wahsing and the residue will be washed away during the next mop washing. If the smell is still too strong, you can try and add a bit roborock cleaning solution into the water tank, which may help alleviate the issue to some extent.
