Cannot connect S5 to ORBI 6

We've had our Roborock for some time and it worked gerat. I had no problem connecting to a Netgear Nighthawk. The initial setup and connection to the 2.4g network on the Nighthawk was flawless. However, I recently swapped out the Nighthawk for an Orbi 6 (which does have a 2.4g network) and cannot get the devce to connect using the installation steps in the Roborock app. All the other devices requiring the 2.4g network connected with no problem. Can someone help a rookie out?

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the inconvenience you've been through. You can try the following methods to see if they work:

1. Make sure the password of your wifi you've input is correct.

2. If there are special characters like !@#$ contains in your wifi name or password, it's suggested to remove them in the router settings.

3. The robot doesn't support WEP encryption mode. If your wifi is WEP, change it to WPA or WPA2. You could also try to change the wifi channel.

4. If you understand the router's setting very well, try to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 in the router's settings page.

5. Reboot your router to see if it works.
