Roborock E25 vacuum stops in the middle of the floor

Roborock E25 vacuum. It stops in the middle of the floor and I need to manually put it back on the charger. I think the battery needs replacement. Amazon cannot ship me a battery to Hawaii. Can you send battery to Hawaii? Why can they send battery in a vacuum, but not a battery in a box?
