I’m writing you from Istanbul, Turkey. We write e-mails to the support@roborock.com and support@roborock-eu.com but couldn't solve our request. If you can urgently help us, it would be very good since the products are waiting in a warehouse.
We have purchased 2 pcs Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra from Amazon.de (Amazon Germany) and are importing it to Turkey to use in our offices. We don’t have this model yet in Turkey so we purchased them from Germany.
For the airfreight shipping and afterwards for the customs clearance we will need some documentation from you.
