New wifi network

Hi , can I connect the s6 to a new wifi network via the mi home app? If not, can you please tell me how to do it?

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to Customer Support. You can try the following methods:

1. Please reboot the robot first.

Note: move the robot off the dock, hold the power button to turn it off and then hold the same button to turn it back on.

2. Then delete the offline device and reconnect it.

1) Press and hold the offline device on the app and then remove/delete it.

2) After that, please reconnect it to the new home wifi.
