I've purchased a S7 MaxV Ultra, and have been very happy with it.
The S7 has mapped my house and seemed to do a through job of cleaning, but recently it has stopped doing the last half of the hall and the (admittedly disastrous) two rooms adjoining the hall: my office and the storage room.
Can I tell if there's some kind of block on that portion of the house?
And perhaps more importantly, is there documentation on the Roborock app?
I can get it to do the whole hall and my office and the storage room by selecting them and doing a room cleaning, but I'm puzzled about the failure to clean these areas on a Full House cleaning.
Please clean the wall sensor which is at the side of the robot.
