Hello, the side brush on our Q7 Max gets stuck/tangled in the carpet every time. It is not very high pile, and non of my other robot vacuums have done this before. Is there a solution? Perhaps a side brush that does not have the thick rubber on it?
replacement brushes are inexpensive. I have learned that if you cut off about 3/4 of an inch of each brush end, the carpet tangling issue is resolved and cleaning on hard floors is still good.
With the Q7 Max being a newer model, is there a way to disable the brush on rugs or zones where we know a rug to be? I've looked through the forums and this has been a request among people since 2021 at least.
We are sorry to hear about this issue.
Perhaps you could try the side brush in link below.
It's compatible with Q7Max and works better on carpet.
