Just curious if anyone else is running into this issue....First time using the device, quick mapping went smoothly and the first 10 minutes of the clean went well. All of the sudden the device starts saying internal error and the app said fan error when we checked for more details. After this it would not return to its dock from any location in the house, including when we put it inches from the docking station. It literally just ran over the docking pad and said that it was lost, and then fan error. Looking for any tips or tricks before we have to reach out to support.
Literally the same thing just happened to me.. did you find a solution?
Called support after reseting twice. They are going to replace it. Call them and they should do the same.
