S7 Max Ultra Object Detections seems to be getting worse with every firmware update.

My robot worked almost perfectly when I first got it, but now it seems like as firmware updates roll out its object detection just gets worse and worse. It now commonly thinks there are object in the way when there is nothing even there. I've cleaned all the sensors with no help. Is my robot defective? My robot has only been in service for 30 days!!!!!!!!!!!

I've attached my map. This is the map it just created as I thought maybe my map got corrupt. It shows 19 obstacles on the map that don't exist. There is literally nothing there. Very disappointed in this as you can see the small yellow section on the map that is a hall wouldn't even map/clean because my robot is seeing non existent things.

  • I have the exact same problem and my map looks exactly like yours, with obstacle symbols mostly along walls or tight spaces, where there is absolutely no actual obstacles. I cleaned the sensors, checked the wheels - reset the sensor setting - still happens.

Did you get a resolution? PLEASE share!
