I own an S5 Max. It has been working very well for more than 2 years but recently it goes all over the place and is not following the usual sequence. I’ve tried a soft reset but it doesn’t work. Also cleaned all the sensors. No luck. Should I now do a factory reset? I am reluctant to do this as I will lose all my maps. Help please! Thank you.
