Hello, I purchased my Q5 MAX+ last February. It was working great up until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the sound that comes from the dock emptying process was more unusual and the odor of burnt electronics was present. I checked the robot and the dock for clogs and there were none. The canister on the robot wasn't emptying and the disposable bag in the dock was empty. Any suggestions?
Ummm....anyone gonna respond to this? Potential fire hazard here....Warranty?...Fix?
