I moved up from S7 and have noticed the S8 not holding a charge like S7 did. Taking to support with extend warranty. Lots of hoops to jump through. It obviously is not holding charge now but I guess they want to look through entire history in order to deny repair? Has anyone else had these issues with support? Also has anyone noticed issues with the newer models or older? This is the second roborock I have purchased trading the old one in for newer models. so far I’ve been sticking to this brand.
