Allow the Roborock app to still work while locally connected

For those of you who aren't aware, you can control your Roborock vacuum while your internet is down so long as you can still communicate with it on your local network. You can test this by disconnecting your router from the internet and then opening up the app. You can send one or two commands such as start cleaning or change vacuum suction mode - but then the vacuum gets upset it can't communicate with the internet and it disconnects itself from the network until it can communicate with the roborock servers.

Allowing us to continue to be able to partially control the Vacuum from the app would be extremely helpful - the functionality is obviously there, just unneeded blocks in the way.

I understand if the map wouldn't work (although that would be a bonus) but to just be able to run routines or clean zones/segments when my wifi is out would be super helpful
