I went to start my vacuum and noticed it was off the charger and the app was saying the vacuum was disconnected. I was able to power the vacuum on and the app recognized the device. I started the vacuum and it cleaned normally. When it finished it could not find the base to return to home. I manually put it on the charger but the vacuum was not saying charging or emptying. I tried unplugging the base twice (once overnight). I cleaned the base and there is no rust on it. I also moved the base to a new spot in my home and still nothing. The vacuum is now dead and inoperable. PLEASE HELP

Would you please check if the dock is working properly or not?
The indicator of the dock should be solid on without cleaner and off once the robot is placed well on it (see attached picture).
Otherwise, the dock might not be working properly.
1. Please kindly double confirm if the cable and the slot of the dock are well connected as well.
Push the cable head into the slot at bottom of the dock very hard. See the video below.
