S5 OEM Replacement Parts

Where in the US can I purchase OEM replacement parts in the US. In looking at the amazon site, many of the products report issues when buying replacement parts. If there is a brand someone is using from amazon that are reliable, please post a reply.

I am also interested in the multiple floor mapping, is that coming to the US soon?

Right now, I have my entire kitchen, dining room, and living room defined as the kitchen. How can I create separate rooms in the app for each room? I also want to set up my office on the same floor as it's own room as it is carpeted and I only want it vacuumed every couple of days.

We are sorry that multi-floor map saving feature is not supported yet. We will forward your advice to our developing department and hope they will add this feature in the future.
